GGG’s success is based upon community involvement.  Here is what we are working on right now…

• Stop Napa Pipe
• What is GGG’s position on Napa Pipe?  This area is the last remaining large industrial site in the unincoporated county and is better suited to creation jobs not housing.
• Development must be consistent with our recently updated and approved County’s General Plan policies and principles.
• SF Bay Area’s projected housing growth is focused on existing urban areas along major transit corridors – none of which describes Napa County (the last rural county in the Bay Area).
• The size of the proposed project will create a new ’city’ with over 6000 people that is inconsistent with the County’s protection of groundwater, inconsistent with the County’s policies of placing urban residential growth in the cities, inconsistent with the needs of Napa’s workforce, and inconsistent with regional housing needs.
• The traffic impacts will gridlock the South County with little hope of remedies from state or federal money.
